PDP authentication failure may be related to your settings or eSIM data/validity. Please check if you encounter the following situations:
If necessary, set up APNs according to the information on your eSIM installation page (all in lowercase and as a single word)
Do you have any remaining data on your eSIM: If there is no remaining data when trying to connect, this error may occur
Please confirm that you are connected to the network recommended by the eSIM installation page
To find the eSIM installation page and all details, go to "My eSIMs" > "Details" > "Install eSIM," and scroll down the page. In this case, please reset your network settings.
If the above steps do not help, try resetting your network settings*:
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Restart your device
*Resetting network settings will reset existing Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.
